Refunds
The refund request window closed on 12 October 2026.
If you submitted a request in time, we will write to the email address on your Edgen account to confirm before making any payment. Refunds are sent using the payment method you used, and are usually completed within 30 days of that confirmation.

Your account and data
All Edgen accounts were closed on 12 October 2026. We will delete or anonymise your personal data as soon as reasonably practicable, except where we need to keep it to complete a refund, to comply with applicable law and regulatory or accounting record-keeping requirements, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Residual copies may remain in routine backups until those are overwritten in the ordinary course.
You can still ask us to access or correct your personal data by writing to support@edgen.tech.
We will only ever contact you from support@edgen.tech.
We will never ask you to connect a wallet, sign a transaction, or pay a fee to receive a refund, and we will never ask for a seed phrase or private key.
